What’s new

New boundary designs

Preliminary designs for the partial development of the Lower Feltham Lakes site have been amended to reflect feedback from local residents who have participated in consultations. Responding to concerns expressed by some neighbouring homeowners, the owners have evolved plans to create a broad boundary around the site.  This will consist of new tree planting to provide a screen, a green corridor to create a wildlife refuge, and a combined footpath and cycleway bordered by shrub barriers and grass verges.

Please view the news release for further information.

Initial public consultation

An initial public consultation was held on Friday and Saturday, September 12 and 13, 2008. A marquee was put up on the site, and members of the team were on hand to answer questions and hear feedback from over 160 people who attended over the two days. Please click here to view the news release.

An evaluation of the initial respondents to the consultation has been completed. Please click here to see the key elements of the questionnaire responses, and here to view the news release summarising the results to date. The results have also been mapped and plotted on a map:

Please note that you will be taken to a community consultation dashboard. Also, note that there are only a small number of post code sectors around the development site, so all of the responses are combined under four codes.
